We are excited to announce our
new provider portal!

This new portal gives you access to member eligibility, member roster, claim status, remittance advice information and also allows providers to reset their own password.
To register for the new provider portal, you’ll need a provider ID number. To get that, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Please make sure to include your federal ID and organizational NPI number. After you receive your provider ID number, enter the full name of provider/facility (optional), federal ID (required) and the provider ID number (required) to complete the registration process.
The new portal user guide provides step by step instructions for registration, outlines existing functionality as well as the new improvements.
The current Colorado Access Provider Portal is still available for current users, and providers do not need to switch over immediately to the new provider portal.

The CCAR Tool will remain on the Colorado Access Provider Tool Kit site for our ABC clinicians.  This will require a separate username and password. Please complete the attached form.
